All that you need is a few minutes at any time of the day. Any place will do, so charge your energy with this new refreshment.

With that, here’s how to get started with Reiki!

How To Execute Reiki

How To Execute Reiki

  • STEP 1

You can do this sitting or lying down. Just find a comfortable place. Now close your eyes and relax.

  • STEP 2

Now feel the tension in you ’solar plexus chakra’ or the ‘third chakra’ or in simple terms the ’stomach’. Place your one hand just above the stomach or over the chakra.

  • STEP 3

Now place your other hand just below the first one. Thus it should fall on the stomach and just below the solar plexus chakra.

  • STEP 4

Now all you need to do is relax your hands and fingers. Let your mind rest or drift, as it wants to.

  • STEP 5

Stay in this position for 10 – 15 minutes. You might even drift into a semi sleep state. Open your eyes slowly and stretch yourself. When you get up you will feel full of energy and revitalized. You can now go ahead with your work with new found zeal and energy.
